Teemoonley accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary carrier. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse. Teemoonley ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.

Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are estimates only. Please do not cut the shipping times too close. Postal services are not infallible. There may be unexpected delays. Please allow some extra time for un-foreseen delays. We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, customs clearance, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the lost to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer.
